Tom has over 50 years experience in Real Estate Appraisals and Business Valuations. He has supervised the development of over 15,000 appraisals of all types amounting to over $3 Billion Dollars in Value. He holds the MAI, CBA, and ASA-BV designations.
Thomas, with over 15 years of experience as Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Closely Held Corporations and over 20 years of experience performing over 500 business valuations, has been with the firm since 2000.
Jim, who joined the firm in 2004, is a North Carolina State Certified General Appraiser. Jim has experience with Condemnation, Golf Course, and Farm Appraisals
Mr. Carlyle, a North Carolina Certified General Appraiser, has over 40 years experience in the appraisal business.
Matt, a 2011 graduate of Campbell University, joined the firm in 2013, and is now an NC General Certified Appraiser, "Candidate for Designation" with the Appraisal Institute and NC Real Estate Broker.
Alex, a 2014 graduate of Campbell University’s Lundy-Fetterman Business School, joined the firm in 2014, and is now an NC General Certified Appraiser, "Candidate for Designation" with the Appraisal Institute and NC Real Estate Broker.
Richard joined the firm in 2015 as an Appraiser Trainee. Richard previously worked in the manufacturing industry.
Paula has over 20 years experience in Residential Real Estate Appraisals. She operates as a Franchisee of the firm and performs most of the residential assignments.
