Tom has over 40 years experience in Real Estate Appraisals and Business Valuations.  He has supervised the development of over 15,000 appraisals of all types amounting to over $3 Billion Dollars in Value. He holds the MAI, CBA, and ASA-BV designations.

Thomas, with over 15 years experience as Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Closely Held Corporations, has been with the firm since 2000.

Jim, who joined the firm in 2004, is a North Carolina State Certified General Appraiser.

Mr. Carlyle, a North Carolina Certified General Appraiser,  has over 40 years experience in the appraisal business.

Aaron, a North Carolina Certified Residential Appraiser, joined Tom Keith & Associates in November 2005.

David, a North Carolina Certified General Appraiser, joined Tom Keith & Associates in May 2006.

Brandon, a NC Registered Trainee, joined Tom Keith & Associates in November 2007.

McBryde, a 2006 graduate of Wake Forest University, joined the firm in 2009 as a Appraiser Trainee.

Paula has over 9 years experience in Residential Real Estate Appraisals. She operates as a Franchisee of the firm and performs most of the residential assignments.
