Preferred degrees include Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Geography, Math, Statistics, Construction, Surveying, Appraising, Meteorology, Music, Forestry, Computer Science, and Other Technical Degrees.
Upon Being Accepted for Employment, Applicant must have the following:
- Real Estate Appraisal Trainee License
- Real Estate Broker's License
- The applicant should have completed the following courses required for the Certified General Appraiser License

Other requirements include:
- Verification of proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Verification of proficiency in typing and 10-key
- Interviewing, Analytical, Organizational, Research Skills
- Strong Work Ethic
- The applicant must be a team player in office environment with interpersonal skills in dealing with clients and the general public
- Two Year Non Compete Agreement
