Tom J. Keith & Associates is always looking for qualified individuals.
Applicants should be a college graduate or have Appraisal Experience. Preferred degrees include Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Geography, Math, Statistics, Construction, Surveying, Appraising, Meteorology, Music, Forestry, Computer Science, and Other Technical Degrees.
Applicants should have completed the NC Appraisal Courses R1, R2, & R3 to become an Appraisal Trainee. Subsequent to employment, the employee will be required to complete NC Appraisal Courses G1, G2, & G3, and the NC Real Estate Sales and Brokers Course.

Upon Being Accepted for Employment, Applicant must have the following:
 | Real Estate Appraisal Trainee License |
| Real Estate Broker's License |
| Verification of proficiency in Microsoft Office |
| Verification of proficiency in typing and 10-key |

| Strong Work Ethic |
| The applicant must be a team player in office environment with interpersonal skills in dealing with clients and the general public |
